An interactive and dynamic negotiation seminar led by current & former negotiation instructors at Harvard. It will give participants the essential negotiation skills and strategies to effectively handle all their negotiation challenges, including to:

This program is designed to be highly dynamic, interactive and participatory - giving participants the ability to quickly learn an effective negotiation skill set and apply it to your real world negotiations. A substantial portion of our training is devoted to interactive, negotiation role-plays and exercises where participants have an opportunity to apply (and experience) the actual strategies and tools taught in the training. Expect a high speed, intense experience that will be a great deal of fun!
