Patrick gained intimate knowledge of the region’s business and cultural landscape, first through his work as an advisor to The Executive Office of the Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and then as a member of the Strategy Group at Tatweer, a member of Dubai Holding.

He previously worked for the Corporate Executive Board, a NASDAQ-listed best practices research and executive education company based in Washington D.C. Bibi Caporizzo
Senior Partner

Bibi brings over 15 years of experience in capacity building, strategic partnerships, international coalition building, and policy development to MindSight, where she is leading our efforts to work with public and private sector clients seeking to create positive social impact in the Gulf. Most recently, as the Housing Director for the Citizens Planning & Housing Association of Baltimore, a 65-year policy and advocacy organization, Bibi co-created the Baltimore City Inclusive Housing Coalition (IHC), which resulted in the passage of the first Inclusionary Housing ordinance in the city’s history. The ordinance breaks the decade’s old chain of concentrating residents by income in the City. She will also be a featured presenter at the 2008 Urban Affairs Association National Conference.

Prior to CPHA, Bibi developed and facilitated a capacity building and community organizing process through which Cuban church and civil society leaders in Miami could create a safe space to explore options for bridging a 40-year divide between the people of Miami and Cuba. She was invited to present the outcomes of this work to the Bishops Conference and several church leaders in Cuba in 2004.

As an associate for an international consulting firm in Boston, DCA, Bibi managed international and community consulting and education projects, working with such clients as the US Fund for UNICEF, Oxfam America, and the Early Childhood Initiative Foundation in Miami. She served as a consultant for the National Latino Community Asset Builders and worked previously as a program coordinator for International Programs at Georgetown University. Bibi currently serves on the Baltimore City Steering Committee for Youth Empowerment Strategies. She received a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University in 2000. Bibi lives in Baltimore with her husband and young son. Back to top>>>
