Professor Roberto M. Fernandez, M.I.T. Sloan School of Management
Roberto M. Fernandez is the William F. Pounds Professor of Behavioral and Policy Sciences at MIT Sloan, where he currently serves as the Director of the School’s Behavioral and Policy Sciences Department, which includes the School’s leadership, strategy and entrepreneurship programs. In addition, he is Co-Director of MIT Sloan’s new PhD program in economic sociology. His executive teaching duties include the management of innovation, change management, management of human resources, negotiations, networks, and power and politics in organizations. In addition, Professor Fernandez is the chief professor in charge of MIT Sloan’s required MBA course on Organizational Processes. Professor Ramon Casadesus-Masanell, Harvard Business

Ramon
Casadesus-Masanell joined the Harvard Business School faculty
in 2000. He is renowned as a dynamic teacher and has taught the
required MBA Strategy course, an elective course of Competitive
Dynamics, Ph.D. courses on Strategy and Game Theory, and a range
of Executive Education programs for leading companies worldwide.
Professor Casadesus-Masanell received his Ph.D. in Managerial
Economics and Strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management,
Northwestern University. He received his BA in Economics from
Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, Spain.

Professor D. Quinn Mills, Harvard Business School
D. Quinn Mills is the Alfred J. Weatherhead Jr. Professor of
Business Administration at the Harvard Business School. He consults
major corporations and teaches leadership, strategy, marketing
and financial investments at the Harvard Business School. Professor

Professor Peter Cappelli, The Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania
Peter
Cappelli is the George W. Taylor Professor of Management at The
Wharton School and Director of Wharton’s Center for Human
Resources. He is also a Research Associate at the National Bureau
of Economic Research in Cambridge, MA, served as Senior Advisor
to the Kingdom of Bahrain for Employment Policy from 2003-2005,
and from 2007 is a Distinguished Scholar of the Ministry of Manpower
for Singapore. He is an acclaimed author, renowned human capital

Professor Richard F. Keevey, Director, Policy Research Institute for the Region, Princeton University
Professor Keevey is the Director of the Policy Research Institute at the Woodrow Wilson School, Princeton University and a member of the faculty.
Professor Keevey’s government experience includes:
- The Chief Financial Officer for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, which was a political appointment under President Bill Clinton. He was responsible for all financial management issues, including budgeting, system integration and financial reporting.
- The Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Financial Management where he was responsible for department-wide financial management policy.
- The Director of the Defense Finance and Accounting Agency at the Department of Defense (DOD), where he was the CEO for the world’s largest finance organization.
The Director of the Office of Management and Budget for the State of New Jersey. In this capacity, he was the State Budget Director and the State Comptroller.
