Representative sample of participants are surveyed regarding issues and challenges face
Data collected in surveys analyzed in consultation with client management team
One or ideally two conference calls are conducted between the client's management team and MindSight professors and consultants
Program content and case studies are selected and tailored to the unique needs of each client and its participants based upon needs and issues identified in Stage 1
Participation in customization process by client's management team  is welcome & encouraged
Professors seek feedback throughout session and are experts at understanding the needs and preferences of the audience and altering course accordingly
Post-training assessments are distributed to all program participants
Analysis of post-training assessments and training impact is conducted and relayed to the client
Content for subsequent trainings is updated if appropriate, based on post-assessment analysis
Continuing post-program support and consulting is available on an ongoing basis <
